Le serate saranno arricchite da un
"percorso informativo marino-terrestre" sui prodotti proposti all'interno del locale,
oltrechè da risposte a domande che si vorranno porre a Germano Sghirru, biologo marino e titolare di "Mare sulla Terra", e a Paola, sommelier presso l'enoteca "Esplanada", che cureranno personalmente tutti gli incontri estivi fino a settembre.
